Join the Iowa DD Council and IVRS for a NDEAM Virtual Event!

The Iowa DD Council and Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IVRS) invite you to take part in celebrating National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) by joining their virtual event via Zoom, "Increasing Access and Opportunity."
The purpose of NDEAM, which is celebrated every October, is to educate about disability employment issues, and to celebrate the many and varied contributions of America’s workers with disabilities. This event will remind participants it's important to advocate for disability employment issues, and celebrate the many and varied contributions of America's workers with disabilities--no matter what month it is!
Individuals with disabilities will join the event to participate in an interactive discussion about their lives, successes, and various roles they’ve played in the workforce. And the event will feature a special message from the Governor!
